Opportunity Rafael Vartian and Associates has developed The Serrano Project, the first of many planned photovoltaic solar power plants in the UK in collaboration with Demax. The power plant facilities being built in the UK are the first in the Demax series and Examples of consistency in the quality of Demax facilities anywhere in the world. The Serrano Project provides the first opportunity for Demax and Rafael Vartian and Associates to develop a facility in a regulated UK environment, i.e. the licensing of construction and operation of the power plant.  Demax is committed to building a sustainable future for generations to come and is committed to balancing environmental and economic factors.  The Serrano Project is a significant first step in the development of our photovoltaic solar power plants in the UK.  In parallel to and as a result of the development of The Serrano Project, Demax is committed to delivering the first sustainable facilities in the UK for the construction and operation of the power plants.  The development of The Serrano Project is in line with the goals of the UK government and Demax Construction to promote sustainable and modern construction practices.
