Product Introduction
A flat plate solar collector is a device for heating purposes.It consists of absorber plate which is coated with black or blue conductive material.As sunlight strikes the absorber plate, it heats up, transferring thermal energy to the heat transfer fluid circulating within the collector.This heated fluid can then be used for various applications, including space heating,water heating, orpowering absorption chillers for cooling.
This series of flat-plate solar collectors has two models: FPC-black (special coating, absorption ≥92%) and FPC-blue (titanium coating, absorption ≥95%). Sunlight passes through the glass, is absorbed by the plate (converting solar to heat), and the heat transfers to the liquid in copper pipes.They feature a metal casing with 3.2mm low-iron tempered glass, a colored absorber plate, insulated sides/bottom (minimizing heat loss), copper flow channels (22mm main, 8mm branch), aluminum alloy frame, and color steel/aluminum/stainless steel back panel options, available in 1.5㎡-3㎡ sizes for diverse projects.
Compliant with EN12975, Solar Keymark-certified (with technical design certification), these collectors suit large-scale solar thermal projects (domestic hot water, absorption cooling) as an efficient, stable clean energy solution.
