Product Introduction
The working principle of non-pressure vacuum tube collectors is primarily based on solar thermal utilization and natural convection circulation.
Absorption Process:
Sunlight passes through the outer glass tube and strikes the selective absorption coating on the outer surface of the inner tube. The coating converts solar energy into heat, warming the water inside the inner tube.
Natural Convection Circulation:
The heated water, now at a higher temperature and lower density, rises to the water tank due to buoyancy. Meanwhile, cooler, denser water in the tank naturally sinks to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, forming a natural convection cycle that continuously heats the water in the tank.
Vacuum Insulation:
The vacuum layer effectively blocks heat conduction and convection, minimizing heat loss and improving solar collection efficiency.
